I received the worst service. I took my car in for brakes and rotors. My vehicle was operable prior to the completed work. My check engine light was on and I was advised of options that could help eliminate. However, with the flushing of the transmission and having new fluid placed into my transmission it caused the car to not operate in the way it initially was. When I was picked up to get my vehicle it would no longer go into reverse. I was then asked to leave it and the next day received a video of them taking the vehicle apart. Told them to put it back together and do no further work. When my vehicle was returned to me it was driven instead of towed and now all gears were shutting down. No accountability was taken. I would not recommend to anyone. Let alone the offer to fix was for me to come out of my pocket financially for an issue they initiated. My car drove perfectly fine. The owner of the business even drove me home in it before he even worked on it.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to them, and the experience has been excellent. They are very professional and always reach out whenever they find something unexpected, providing pictures and clear evidence before proceeding. Their transparency and communication give us a lot of confidence in their work. I highly recommend V8 Mechanic Auto Repair they’ve been great, and we will definitely continue using them.

Juan and his team are the most professional and caring group of people. The diagnosed my vehicle, ordered the part, offered to take me home while it was being repaired and completed the services in a matter of 2 hours. They gave me complete details and a walk through of the issue and made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done. 20/10 in my book and I’m a hard judge. Highly recommended and they wil forever take care of all of my vehicles.
